Can I change or cancel my order?Updated 15 days ago
If you placed your order less than an hour ago and you want to make a change or cancellation to your order, you are able to do so via self-service. In your order confirmation email, click on the button that says "Change Order." From there, you can change key details such as items ordered, item quantities, and shipping address.
If you placed your order more than an hour ago and your order has not yet shipped, you may be able to change or cancel your order by emailing your requested changes to [email protected] or filling out our Contact Form. We unfortunately cannot modify or cancel your order after it has already shipped.
